There's are really easy to make i already had everything so it didn't cost me a thing. How to - draw 2 lightning bolts on the cardboard cut them out - paint them black - attach the hook earrings - spray the glue over the lightning bolts then quickly attach with glitter (same for the other side) if your using diamonte's then a glue gun will be better.
