This project was fairly easy. With an old button up shirt I bought at a second hand store for about 5$, I simply cut out the sleeves and the bottom (making it shorter at front and long at back) and used the cuffs to put on the shoulders. I also added ribbon and bias tape to make it clean on the edged of the top and arms holes.
