• 

  Step 1

  Firstly my Mr Husband shrunk my fave dress and i didn't want to threw it away.

  I cut it from the thigh down.

  Step 2

  Now turn it inside out and pin the first layer or tutu netting to the bottom of the skirt (remember not right on the edge)

• 

  Step 3

  Its best done with a sewing machine but mine is too small so i stitched most of mine by hand.
  Now add the second layer of tutu netting and sew it together.

  Step 4

  Keep adding a layer of netting till you think it is the desired thickness (you don't want to showing you bum now do you)

• 

  Step 5

  After i finished with the tutu netting i measured around the top of the netting and cut out the length and width.
  This is to hid all the sewing around the bottom of the skirt.
  (sorry i don't have any pictures)

  Step 6

  Now wear and be proud of what you have made.
