You Will Need

Step 1Push one tack through the middle of 4 different balloons.
Push the tack in the foam ball, making sure all the balloons point a different direction. -
Step 2Do the same with all the other tacks, until the ball is filled with balloons, but leave a small section in the bottom open.

Step 3Push the paper straw into the open space, it might be easy to push a pen in it first cause the paper can bend.
