Apply your favorite eye shadow primer all over your lid and lower lash line. Apply a yellow base to your lid. Products: •NYX NYX Jumbo eye pencil in Yellow •ELF Eyelid Primer
Apply a medium blue to the outer corner and into the crease and make it a cut-crease by keeping it slightly sharp. Products: •Essence Color Arts Pigment in 17
Apply a medium blue eyeliner to your waterline and lower lash liner and even it out. Also slightly blend the edges of the blue in the crease but don't bring it up too high. Products: •Urban Decay 24/7 Glide on Eye Pencil in Ultraviolet
Apply the same blue shadow on along the lower lash line and connect it to the outer corner of the lid. Products: •Essence Color Arts Pigment in 17
Apply a bright, intense yellow to the eye lid where you applied the yellow base. Products: •Inglot DS 474
Use a matte nude skin tone shade and apply it to the brow bone and use it to help soften the edges. Apply a matte white to the brow bone to further highlight. Apply a shimmery white gold to the inner corner. Products: •Inglot # 45 AMC Shine •Inglot 354 Matte •Inglot Matte 373
Apply your eye liner to your upper lash line and apply your mascara. Products: •Cover Girl Clump Crusher Very Black •Inglot Inglot AMC gel liner 77
Apply some fluttery false lashes. It's optional but I applied some red rhinestones to represent the red in Snow Whites dress.
