  • How to make a glass. Dishwasher Safe, Glittered Glassware - Step 1
    Step 1

Clean your glass with rubbing alcohol first.

Then tape off the area that you don't want to be glittered.

Next, paint on a thick layer of MSC decoupage glue with a foam pouncer - the pouncing technique leaves no lines in the glue.

**The glue/glitter area should be kept away from where your drink or lips will touch the glass.

Then apply lots and lots of glitter!

Remove the tape right away, don't let it stay on the glass while the decoupage glue is drying.

***If there are any sparse glitter areas, go back and touch up after this coat is completely dry.

Then add two coats of decoupage glue to the finished glitter coat, with at least one hour of try time in between.

Let these glasses dry for 21 days!
After 21 days they will be top-shelf dishwasher safe!!!
