Step 1Brown the mince, onion & garlic together.

Step 2Sprinkle in the herbs.
Cook out for a minute.

Step 3Add the rice.
Stir to Coat the rice.

Step 4Add the tomato.
Stir through.

Step 5Add the peppers.
Stir through.

Step 6Add the Worcestershire sauce & chicken stock.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat & cook until rice is soft.

Step 7Serve.
