If your dinosaur doesn't have a spine-thing, you could probably just use the hot needle to melt a small part of the dino's back and put the jump ring in there.
Also! DON'T BURN YOURSELF. IT HURTS.

You Will Need

Step 1Get some small plastic toys (or big toys , if you want, I guess)
Here's a dinosaur, a Barbie shoe, and some Lego bricks.

Step 2Light some sort of tealight or candle and use it to heat the needle.
KEEP THE NEEDLE MOVING OVER THE FLAME AND DON'T BURN YOURSELF.
Seriously. It hurts. -
Step 3While the needle is still hot, stab a hole through your plastic toy.
The hole can be pretty much wherever.

Step 4Add a jump ring and/or whatever sort of jewelry findings you want.

Step 5Ta-da! You're done. Enjoy your tiny toy jewelry.
