Tasty homemade Icecream. You can replace the Diam with another sweet if you like.

You will need

2 Eggs 3/4 cup Sugar 2 cup Heavy Cream 1 cup Milk 2 tsp Vanilla 3 Diam bar Broken

Tasty homemade Icecream. You can replace the Diam with another sweet if you like.

Instructions

1. 

   Mix the eggs & sugar together until pale.

2. 

   Add the cream, milk & vanilla. Mix through.

3. 

   Pour into the Icecream machine. Set program. Churn for approximately 50 mins.

4. 

   mix through the broken Diam Bars.

5. 

   Decant to a tub.

6. 

   Serve.
