Step 1Chop up the strawberries. Place in a bowl and mix in the honey and mint.

Step 2Slice the bread in to diagonal slabs and toast in an oven for about 5 minutes.

Step 3Spread the bread with marscaponi cheese.

Step 4Place two spoonfulls of the strawberries on top and serve.
