Learn how to do this intense blue and smokey eye look. Let's start!
First apply an eyeshadow primer and do your brows as you like.
Apply 24h Perfect Stay Jumbo Pencil by Astor in 200 Intense Blue to the inner corner and blend it with a synthetic brush.
Apply Matte 340 (dark navy blue) by Inglot to the lid.
Now apply a black eyeshadow on the outer corner of the eye and blend out the edges.
Take a transition color such as an orange shadow. I took Rainbow eyeshadow 108R by Inglot and add it to the crease.
Apply Matte 351 by Inglot to the brow bone area to highlight it. Then apply Boy Toy/2 by Pure Luxe cosmetics on top of the blue jumbo to make it pop.
Add AMC Shine 24 shadow by Inglot on the lower lash line to the inner corner.
Apply a mix of black and navy blue shadows to the rest of the lower lash line and then apply a black pencil to your water line. I used Prestige Total Intensity in Lwl-01 Deepest Black (my go to black eye pencil).
Apply tons of mascara.
Take a coral blush such as Calypso Coral Cream Brush by Bobbi Brown and apply it to the apples of the chicks.
Finish off the look by applying a coral-rosy color to your lips. I used Nyx Soft Matte Lip Cream in SMLC06 Istanbul.
