Just cut off the part of the leg you want to use. Cut out the pocket from your jeans and sew it on where you want it. Turn in side out and sew together on one side, and then zigzag. Turn right side out again and put the pillow in or fill it with stuffing. If you use a pillow you can use press fastenes otherwise just sew together. I have my own tags "BaPPoo" so I did put one of those on instead of the original.
