• 

  Step 1

  First cut out two feather shapes from some denim fabric.

• 

  Step 2

  Cut the edges so that they look like feathers.

• 

  Step 3

  Create one "x" incision in each end of the denim feathers by folding the fabric and cutting with scissors.

• 

  Step 4

  Insert the eyelets into the incision

• 

  Step 5

  Close with an eyelet tool and a hammer.

• 

  Step 6

  Clean edges that won't fray.

• 

  Step 7

  Trim

• 

  Step 8

  And decorate.
