I made this as a gift for my cousin, who is 16 and slim, which is why I'm not modelling this item :) Inspired by an item on this site, Angel Wing cut out T shirt, but wanted to make it a bit more rock.
I made this as a gift for my cousin, who is 16 and slim, which is why I'm not modelling this item :) Inspired by an item on this site, Angel Wing cut out T shirt, but wanted to make it a bit more rock.
Draw out your stencil on paper and cut out the areas carefully, didn't use a template, just drew mine but sure you could find something appropriate online.
Use chalk to mark out the areas to be cut out on the black t-shirt. Be sure to turn the t-shirt inside out before you start!
Put a board inside the t-shirt and use scissors to cut along the chalk lines.I found the best way was not to try and cut all round the chalk marks but to pinch the fabric a little and snip the top off. And always remember the t shirt fabric is stretchy!
Turn your t-shirt right way out and layer it on top of another, different coloured t-shirt (you could wear it without an under shirt if you're brave and live somewhere warmer than Scotland)
