I simply used the usual recipe for a Victoria Sponge Cake. Thereof, I made some muffins by adding these ingredients: - some cocoa powder for tasty chocolate muffins - some almond extract for almond muffins. after baking, I added some icing and a whole almond on top - some raisins for raisin muffins. after baking, I added some icing and a raisin on top - one teaspoon of raspberry jam in the middle of the muffin. while baking, the jam sinks inside the muffin - try it, honestly, it's more than delicious!!!!mmmmhhhh!!!!!you will love it!!
