an awesum cheesy and taangy lasagna for the lasagna ppl out thre!
It has 3 main parts.... 1.the lasagna sheets
2. the meat sauce
and 3. the bechamel sauce
For the meat sauce, fry the beef with onion and garlic, and season it as necessary.add the spaghetti sauce to it and let it simmer for sometime and 1/2 cp water to it for good consistency and the basil.. finally the melted 1/4 cp chedder cheese... let it cook for 20 min in total and bring it off the stove.!!
now the bechamel sauce:Add butter in a saucepan. While melting, add in flour, 1 table spoon at a time, and continuously stir over low heat until flour is fully dissolved. Pour in fresh milk one half at a time; continue to whisk until smooth, lump free, and well combined. Turn off heat. Sprinkle in grated Monterrey jack or cheddar cheese and stir well until sauce is creamy and cheeses melt. Allow to cool down for a few minutes.
And i guess u can all cook the lasagna sheets accordin to the packet instructions!!!
now just assemble the 3 items alternately on a cooking dish and dnt frget to top it off with loads of mozzarella and Parmesan and then bake in the oven for 30-40 min at 375 degree F. i hope u guys like it!!! bon apetite!!!
