A decoration tree
This tree is made with carton, iron wire and plaster bands. I just wanted that tree to put in my self made birds. You can use the tree as a decoration. Now it is winter, so the tree is sober.... I have put the christmas presents under it. :-D

    Search some old carton and adhesive paper tape.

    Make a tree trunk from the carton and the tape.

    With the iron wire you make the branches of the tree. Make sure it is very strong wire. I used wire from old plastic flowers.

    I tape the branches.

    When you have the base for your tree, you can start with making the tree with plaster bandages. I put the "tree" on an old iron socle.

    Cut the plaster bandages in small pieces, so they are easier to use. Get a bowl with water and then slip the plaster bandages one by one in the water.

    Just paste the plaster bandages around the carton. First you make the trunk and then the branches.

    Let it dry...

great idea, love it, but i'm not such a fan of plaster, so i will make it i think of papermache. but sooooo awesome your tree! Thanks for the tute and the sharing, have a great xmastime!;-D
