Step 1Gather all of your ingredients.

Step 2In a medium sized bowl, combine all of your dry ingredients with a whisk.

Step 3Then add in the milk and canola oil until all the ingredients are combined with no clumps.

Step 4Pour the batter into a mason jar or a microwave safe container/mug. Drop in a tbsp. (or maybe a bit more) of Nutella. ;)

Step 5Place the jar in your microwave for 60-70 seconds depending on the power of your microwave. I always do it for the lesser amount of time, and then I check it with a toothpick to see if it is fully done. Carefully remove the jar from the microwave with an oven mit and let it cool for about 15 minutes. Then, once it has cooled down to a nice temperature sit back, relax, and enjoy!
