I had to sacrifice an old bracelet for this project, but it was worth it! I used a rotary drill to punch the holes threw the headband, and then used a bead reamer to widen the holes to fit the screws. I did try to use the drill to widen the holes, but the plastic kept heating up really quickly and kept melting onto the drill bit. So hence the bead reamer.
