Mix up De Gentsche Moale cocktail with Jiggers in Ghent, Belgium
This one came to life as a request for the city of Ghent.
They asked Olivier, Ben Wouters and Erik Veldhuis, The Belgian Barflies, to create a drink with only Ghent ingredients. In the meantime we changed some of the ingredients in favor of the flavor to get even better results. No longer all Ghents but still closeby...
Shake it up with icecubes and serve in a mustard jar filled with ice cubes and serve some Pas De rouge cheese on the side. This will soften out the spiciness of the mustard.
