You will need

Pair Of White Shoes , Cocktail Stick, Small And Medium Paintbrush. Instructions

1. 

   start with white shoes, i chose white mainly because the colours pop more :)

2. 

   i drew in the skulls and the roses freehand, if you use pen make sure its waterproof

3. 

   i did originally want to put roses either side of the skull but it was just too busy so 1 vintage style rose :)

4. 

   i used block colours and where the rose petals turn out i left white for now. and my fav green in the planet on the leaves :)

5. 

   its a simple skull but i still like it :) i used a cocktail stick to paint the dots.

6. 

   just put dots around the eyes and nose. use as much colour as you can ae sugar skulls are bright and vibrant

7. 

   i painted around the eyes in a bright orange and yellow dots in the centers. to make the eyes full of expression use a drak green and put little lines in the corners of the eyes and when its all dry then use white to highlight. also do the same sound the nose and hearts and teeth

8. 

   this is the finished design of the rose, also highlight with white.

9. 

   i painted the side of the shoes with the pint, left it to dry and then used the cocktail stick the put multi coloured dots all over the pink . nice and cheerful

10. 

    i did the same with the other shoe

11. 

    i painted the other side of the shoe all pink and painted dots with the cocktail stick :) very simple design, doesnt take that long and looks really cute :) happy crafting :)
