The recipe does 7 fondant, you can scale it down to suit you.

You Will Need (6 things)

  • 300 g Dark Chocolate
  • 300 g Butter
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 6 Eggs
  • 6 Egg Yolks
  • 60 g Plain Flour

Steps (7 steps, 50 minutes)

    Melt the chocolate & butter together.

    Whisk eggs, yolks & sugar together.

  3. 3

    Add the chocolate to the eggs.

    Stir through.

    Add the flour & fold in to combine.

  5. 5

    Pour into moulds.

    Rest in the fridge for atleast 30 mins.

  6. 6

    Bake at 185 degrees for 8-9 mins.

  7. 7

    Serve.
