Curry lentils that are great with naan and roti
Dahl curry is one of my favorite things to put on flatbread. Inspired by the local Indo-Afghani restaurant, I came up with a recipe that's pretty similar.
My recipe is 2c red lentils, 2tbsp curry powder, 1tsp garam masala spice, 2tbsp onion powder, 1tbsp garlic powder, 2tsp salt, 1tbsp diced roasted red peppers, 1 cube chicken or vegetable boullion, and 5 cups of water. It's so tasty on naan and roti.
