• 

  Step 1

  first of all take three tissue paper rolls and wrap it with newspaper roll

• 

  Step 2

  then color it and decorate it

• 

  Step 3

  make a shape of the hole in the tissue paper roll on a card board and cut it out

• 

  Step 4

  make sure when u push the the card board circle into the hole it fits perfectly.........do the same step with the other two.....then stick them together with hot and if u want u can decorate it with glitter

  Step 5

  it should be so strong that it wont fall when u hold it...
