how to add a new touch to ankle boots.
Okie so this is my first project, I got these really cute boots and wanted 2 spice them up so i found a cute old scarf measured cut and stuck the ends together, you can sow, glue, or do whatever you want to stick them together and then you have your cute new boots! =D
