This is really simple to make. It took me two hours to make two awesome Tutu's, for two little girls. The bells add a nice touch, and the girls love the sound they make when they jump on the jumping castle.

You will need

1 packets Big Pink and Purple Bells 2 m Pink and Purple Organza 4 m Pink and Purple Tulle 2 m Pink and Purple Ribbon 2 m White Elastic
