I made this using a soda bottle and those glass beads from a mancala game :D I use it to stash random things lol
Start off with a larger sprite bottle and cut the bottom half off.
After you're done cutting, it should look like this. You can make the height what ever you want.
With a hot glue gun and your glass beads, start gluing around the top leaving a little space from the top.
Keep on gluing the beads and keep them separated a little.
Keep on going and it should soon look like this. :D

Done! Now for the sparkles ;)
Start applying the glitter glue in between the glass beads.
Keep going :D
You might want to use a small brush to spread it out evenly.
And you're done! :)
