soooo ive spent the last fer days looking online for some cute patterns and i found one called 'icecream skirt' which i found here http://icandyhandmade.blogspot.com.au/2011/07/tutorial-ice-cream-social-skirt.html and i fell in love with it... so i attempted to make one without following the directions and i ended up converting it into a high waisted skirt :D... and the top was basically a trial and error... it still needs some work though
