You Will Need

Step 1black tank top, sequins, threat, needle
-
Step 2arrange where u want the sequins to be, u can do any pattern
-
Step 3sew all the sequins on, might take about 20 mins. or so, depending on how fast u sew
-
Step 4ur finally done, yay!! u can pair it with cute skinny jeans and flats or a cute mini skirt :)
