Based on Cute Oversized Bows by
Made for a costume project! Alterations to original instructions: I made a much bigger bow, and added trailing ribbons and a brooch also made by me from thin ribbon and a plastic jewel finding, both from Jo-Anne Fabrics. Fabric came from a Goodwill t-shirt.
