Description

This netbook case (with inside pocket) is easy and cheap to make - especially if you already have the materials lying around the house! Sorry if the instructions are hard to understand...

Instructions

  1. Small netbook case measurements 1305569771

Draw around your netbook onto the material then cut out the size of your netbook x2 with two inches added around the edge. You need to cut out two of these, one in the stripy fabric and another in the plain fabric.

  2. Small patch pocket 1305570592

Cut out a rectangle (for the patch pocket) the same width as the fabric and deep enough for your charger.

  3. Small patch pocket sew in 1305570997

Get the plain inside material and pin the patch pocket in the desired place. Then sew it across the bottom.

  4. Small side seams 1305572021

Fold the two pieces of fabric in half then pin together and sew up the two sides(don't forget it needs to be inside out!) The patch pocket will be sewn in at the same time as the side seams.Once sewn turn it so it is not inside out.

  5. Small sewing the zip 1305572627

Sew the zip across the top. (I did it as an exposed zip because I found it easier)

  6. Small sp a0172 1305572779

If you want to for a finishing touch use a scrap of the plain material and make it into a bow. Glue this on to the front. Now you are finished!!
