Nail Art
I hope this project helps those girls out there who love 3D nail art as much as I do! It's cute but not too over the top ( or at least for me :P )! You can change it up as much as you like! Try out some different colors for the glitter and the rhinestones and have fun! Enjoy :]

  • How to paint an embellished nail manicure. Cute Lavender 3 D Nails - Step 1
    Step 1

Get all of your supplies ready! :]

  • Step 2

Take your nail file and roughly file your natural nails. Make sure you have no nail polish on!

    Step 3

Take your fake nails and using nail glue, glue them on your natural nails according to size. I used the clear nails on the right side of the picture. The reason for filing your natural nails is so that the fake nails can adhere better. After you have applied your fake nails, file them down to whatever length and shape you want them to be.

    Step 4

After you have your nails shaped and ready, take your clear nail polish and apply one coat. While it is still wet, dip it into the glitter (the glitter I used is by Splash in the color 'Viola'). You don't want to dip the entire nail but dip it as if you are doing a french tip.

    Step 5

They should look like this. Once you dipped your nails into the glitter, repeat and apply clear nail polish again and dip into the glitter again.

Now here comes the fun part! Apply another coat of clear nail polish and take your super glue and glue on your rhinestones however you like. I also found these tiny white bows and placed them on my thumb and ring finger. After you are done gluing your rhinestones, make sure you apply another coat of nail polish so that they don't fall off!

I found the bows at a local dollar store! They're made from plastic. I think you can easily find them on ebay though Happy
