• 

  Step 1

  Cut a circle out of the black felt, 18.5cm across.

• Step 2

  Cut 50cm of any fabric, this includes seem allowance (:

  Step 3

  If its easier, add pins to sew back stitch the fabric around the circle of felt. leave about 1 inch of fabric before you start sewing. Sew inside out.

  Step 4

  Once finished sewing, it will look like a cilinder. Sew up side where the two seem allowances meet. Dont go right to the top, leave about 6-7.5cm (:

  Step 5

  Cut off the top 5 cm of the fabric you didnt sew on the top of your giftbag and keep it.

  Step 6

  With the left over material from the top, tie it around the bag when filled and there you go (:
