   1)first of all take 1 tissue paper roll and rap it with any pattern i used crepe paper.....then draw a circle on a cardboard by the hole in the tissue paper roll..then cut the circle out so that u can push the cardboard circle inside the hole like this on the pic...then on the top of the tissue paper roll make 3 small holes with the help of a compass or pin.........then cut out another cardboard circle for the top cover and make 3 holes in it like u did before in the tissue paper roll....now take three wires and put them through both of the holes and stick them with hot glue...take a look at the picture above....u will know how to do it.....still if u face any difficulty then ask me....hope u understood...
