my sister gave me a bag of scraps from one of her Air Force Wife friends, and I found most of this button up in it. I cut the last of the sleeves off, gave it a sweetheart neckline (or tried to), added elastic to the back (to cinch it in), and then used some lace I had. I made rectangles and just bunched them up at the shoulder. wish I had it flair out in the back to, but it still looks good.
