Based on Customized Skirt Flap Destroyer by Subcunha
I like to call this piece "Communism... MY ASS!"
xD

Hee hee. Ok, this was originally an extra large shirt that I had nothing to do with. When I saw Subcunha's skirt, the lightbulb went off and I've been working on it for about 3 days. I don't have a sewing machine, so I stitched everything by hand. (Yes, my hand hurts!)

But yes... it came out differently than I originally intended, but I still love it. Can't wait to make some other variations! When I get a sewing machine, of course.

(the 2nd picture is a closeup of the front of the skirt. I edited it a bit to try and show the slicing I did and layered over nearly the whole front, with nice fringe over the top. The sides have different lengths of strings, that can be tied in lots of different ways.)

That hammer and sickle fabric is bloody fantastic. Love the skirt as well.
