Customised Bag

This was one of my mother's old bags that she gave to me ages ago because its broken and she thought I could use it for something. I used the strap for one of my first projects, the cat collar choker, and completely forgot about the bag. While looking for something else I found it again and decided to fix it, so I have a bag to use for my exams which start on Thursday.

I stuck velcro on the inside to fasten it, since the magnetic clasp was broken.
I also plaited a strap for the bag, since it didn't have one. The only reason it took so long is because I had to hand sew the scrap leather pieces together to make longer strips to plait. I also just cut the ends of the strap after I knotted it to the bag, to make it look better
