Cupcakes

Here is a recipe for making 12 simple cupcakes.

You will need

6 tbsp Milk 1 ½ cup Plain Flour 1 x Egg(s) Mixing Bowl(s) Muffin Baking Tin 1 cup Sugar 1 tsp Baking Powder

Instructions

1. 

   Sieve the flour, sugar and baking powder in to a bowl.

2. 

   Crack in the egg and beat together.

3. 

   Whisk in the milk.

4. 

   Place twelve cupcake cases in a muffin baking tin and separate the mixture between them equally. Cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 350°. Decorate with glace icing, sprinkles and a cherry or use another of my cake decoration recipes.
