  • Step 1

    Materials to make cupcake charm

    Fimo
    Fimo shaper
    Craft Knife
    Clear liquid varnish
    Jewellery wire
    Cutting mat
    Jewellery pliers

  • Step 2

First cut a little bit of the white fimo with the fimo shaper.

  • Step 3

Roll it into a little ball, it will be hard but it does soften.

  • Step 4

Then roll it into a sausage so it becomes a long sausage strip. This is the topping.

  • Step 5

Then cut another piece of fimo of a different colour.

  • Step 6

Roll the fimo into a thick sausage shape, this will form the base of the cupcake.

  • Step 7

Once into sausage shape squash it down and then with the craft knife use it to put lines around the side of the base.

  • Step 8

Then with the topping strip add it to the base, curling it around so it looks like the top of an ice cream cone.

  • Step 9

Then cut off another piece of fimo which will be the cherry, roll it into a tiny ball and place it onto of the cupcake.

  • Step 10

Finally place the jewellery wire and then it is ready to pop into the oven for 30mins at 110 degrees celcius or 265 degrees farenheit.

  • Step 11

Once it has been cooked in the oven, you then wait for it to cool down. Twist the wire into a loop with jewellery pliers, then varnish the charm.

  • Step 12

    This is the finished cupcake.
