You Will Need (5 things)

  • 12 Parchment Paper 6 x 6" squares work nicely
  • 1 Glass juice glass works well
  • 1 Cake Batter your favorite recipe
  • 1 Frosting Bags
  • Misc - Something To Hold The Bag While You Fill It.

Steps (9 steps, 60 minutes)

  1. 1

Get out your parchment paper. I bought a boat load of 6 inch square parchment off ebay because I was determined to make this work.

  2. 2

Get a juice glass. This actually is a beer tasting glass from a fund raiser, I believe it is about 4 ounces.

  3. 3

Lay the parchment square on top of the upside down juice glass.

  4. 4

Slide you hand down the side of the glass.

Grab the glass and slide down.

  5. 5

You can fuss with the folds to your liking. Place in your cup cake or muffin tin.

  6. 6

Now, lets fill those cupcake liners without making a mess.

Get a disposable cake decorating bag (they really are reusable) and place in a container that will hold it steady while you fill it.

Yes, I used my french press coffee maker for this.

    Fill your bag with batter.

  7. 7

Gently squeeze the batter into the parchment liners.

  8. 8

Pop into the oven and bake as you normally would.

  9. 9

    Frost and decorate.

    Bon Appetite.
