Crunchy Oat Cereal
really crunchy and very tasty

I wanted to make my own crunchy oats, because I loooove it! Instead of the maple syrup, I used golden syrup. Instead of the jumbo rolled oats, I used normal porridge oats, and instead of the pecan nuts, I used pistachios. You see, you can vary this recipe. You could also use hazelnuts or almond, or a variation.

You Will Need (4 things)
- 200 g Jumbo Rolled Oats
- Pecan Nuts roughly chopped
- 90 ml Maple Syrup
- 75 g melted Butter
Steps (4 steps, 40 minutes)

Preheat the oven to 160°C

mix all ingredients together and spread on to a large greased baking tray

bake for 30-35minutes until golden and crunchy

eat your cereals with milk or enjoy them with (greek) yoghurt and fruits.
