These are delicious as a side dish or as a snack. They are really easy to make.

You will need

Snow Peas 3 tbsp Oil ½ cup panko breadcrumbs Salt Pepper 1 tbsp Garlic Powder

These are delicious as a side dish or as a snack. They are really easy to make.

Instructions

1. 

   Heat oven 200 degrees. Mix the garlic, salt, pepper & oil together.

2. 

   Add the prepared peas. Mix through to coat.

3. 

   Add breadcrumbs. Mix through to coat all the peas.

4. 

   Place in the oven for 20 mins. Stir & toss half way through cooking.

5. 

   Serve.
