Its a favorite of mine so I thought I would share! Total Cost: Just about $50 + 1 hour manual labor. So worth it! I might try doing a pink punk jacket like this as well!

Purchased a long sleeved black velvet dress.
Ordered some multi-colored plastic crosses you can find a variety at any bead store, or online.
Sewed ‘em on with a needle and thread.
