2 Eggs ½ cup Milk ¼ tsp Salt 6 Croissants

Instructions

1. Slightly beat the eggs, combine with milk and salt. Then dip the croissants cut in half lengthwise one at a time into milk mixture and fry in a small amount of hot fat till golden brown on both sides. Serve hot with maple syrup or confectioners sugar.
