If you know how to crochet, this is pretty easy. There aren't really any pictures of the steps because it is hard to see the wire in the camera. It is also just standard stitches, anyways. The items I listed are exactly how I made it. The beaded part is about 6 inches long and each piece of ribbon is about 11 inches long. I don't list gauge because I never do :-) It fits me perfectly and I have big hands/wrists so you should definitely use less chains if you are smaller.

Thread beads onto wire. You don't have to use every bead you thread but you must put all the beads you want/need on the wire before chaining.
Make a slipknot with wire the same as you always do when starting a chain. Now we are going to add beads. Before chaining push a bead up in front of the hook. Pull the wire through the hook just as you would for regular chaining. You should have chained around the bead. Continue chaining, each time pulling up a bead and then pulling the wire through. I did 23 chains. (This pic is an attempt to show you what I mean)
Now that you have a foundation chain, sc in 2nd ch from hook. Sc in each ch across until you reach the end. Fasten off. No beads are added on this step.
Add ribbon to each each end. I just pulled the ribbon through an end ch (or sc) on either side. I left about a one inch overlap on one side of the ribbon and then sewed it down. I did the same for the other side. That's it, I guess!
