an idea what to do with old paintbrushes
You know when you really really want to do something but lack of tools and/or material?
Well, I had one of those moments last week when I wanted to learn how to crochet but I didn’t have a crochet hook at home and it was somewhere about midnight so there weren’t any shops open to buy it…
So I decided to make it myself!
I saw on craftster that someone made crochet hooks out of chopsticks and branches…
I chose an old paintbrush because it’s easy to cut…
I’ll paint it green as soon as finish a hat I started crocheting

Step 1take your paintbrush
cut across the green lines making a triangle like shape

Step 2again cut as shown with green lines
the top of the hook should be pointy -
Step 3this is the front view
and again cut as shown with the green line -
Step 4
now just smoothen it with sand paper (i used very fine sand paper)and your ready to crochet! :D
I'll make a little tute..trust me,it's easy to make this
