Snowflake ornament
This is a fun craft to do if you have scrap yarn laying around or you can buy yarn for pretty cheap. You can make these for your Christmas tree or for any occassion.

ch= chain
sl= slip stitch
sc= single crochet
dc= double crochet

You Will Need

Step 1Round 1: Make a Magic ring or ch 2 and make 8 sc in the second ch from the hook.

Step 2Round 2: Work 2 dc into each stitch join with a sl. (16 dc)

Step 3Round 3: Ch 7 *skip next dc, work 2 dc into next stitch then chain 4* repeat from *to*. When you get to the ch 7 work one dc in the stitch next to the ch 7. NOTE: Make sure you ch 4 before making the dc next to the ch 7. Join with a sl in the 3rd ch.

Step 4*sc 3 into each ch 4 space, ch 3, 3 sc back into the same space* repeat from * to *. Join with a sl stitch.
