Starting out: Ch 30 Row 1: Work 1 hdc in 3rd ch from hook. Continue working 1 hdc in each ch stitch to end. (28hdc) Row 2: Ch 2, turn. In back loop only work 1 hdc in each hdc across. (28hdc) Row 3-23: Repeat row 2. Ch 1, turn. Finish off by holding the beginning and ending row together to form a tube. Join by slip stitching into each of the inside loops of the beginning and ending row. (28 slip stitches) Tie off. Weave in ends.
