My kids love the Muppets! I made this for my baby when he was 3 months old.....now he is a year old (as seen in picture) and still loves to wear this. It doesn't fit the same and is getting a tight. I need to make him a new one soon! Directions: Crochet a circle as large as the circumference of the top of the head. Then place circle on top of head and mark from temple, around the back of head to the other temple. Crochet down the back between the marks until it reaches the top of the neck. Then crochet around the perimeter of the whole bonnet for the trim. Next create your eyes and stuff them, then stitch them on. Take several strands of yarn put them through the bottom corners (for the ties) and braid, then knot them. I hope that kind of explains it. ;-)
