I used n°4,5 crochet hook and Drops Paris yarn but you could probably use any other size of hook and yarn and work until you get the desired size.

1. 

   Bottom Option 1 : Sc 5 into a magic ring Rnd 1 : 2 sc in each sc (10) Rnd 2: * sc, increase (sc 2 in st)*, rep from *to* 4 more times. (15) Rnd 3: * sc 2, increase (sc 2 in st)*, rep from *to* 4 more times. (20) Rnd 4: * sc 3, increase (sc 2 in st)*, rep from *to* 4 more times. (25) Rnd 5: * sc 4, increase (sc 2 in st)*, rep from *to* 4 more times. (30) Rnd 6: * sc 5, increase (sc 2 in st)*, rep from *to* 4 more times. (35) Rnd 7: * sc 6, increase (sc 2 in st)*, rep from *to* 4 more times. (40) Rnd 8: * sc 7, increase (sc 2 in st)*, rep from *to* 4 more times.    Side Option 2 Rnd 1 : chain st 3, dc around (100sts) Rnd 2 : chain 1, sc around (100sts) Repeat these two rounds until the side reaches the desired height. Fasten off and weave in the end.
